Sailors Cafe @ Plaza Grand Millennium, Jalan Lintas Bypass

I bet some of you already know that the famous Sailors Cafe has a new owner now, as Chef Firdaous appeared in a few occasions eg. magazine and radio show. And of course, some of your favourite Instagrammers and bloggers have mentioned it too!

I strongly recommend fish dish at Sailors Cafe, because this is what they very good at. If budget is allowed, do give it a try on anything on the black board! These are slightly different menu, most are French, or French-influenced, which require skillful technique. The special menu on the black board change regularly, compare to the fix menu.
