During the evening I was there for #foodtasting, the Cafe TATU of Shangri-La's Tg. Aru Resort, Kota Kinabalu was FULL HOUSE! I reached there around 6PM, knowing the restaurant might be congested during the breaking-fast time - around 6.30PM in KK. I need to skip the traffic to make sure some perfect pictures for my food blog!
There are over 100 types of dishes here - the Buka Puasa Buffet feature international cuisines ranging from cold platter prawn and mussle, Malaysian's favourite Beef and Chicken Satay, Indian Tandoori Chicken with Naan, BBQ Chicken Wing (find this from the grills at the cafe's al fresco / outdoor seating area), Chinese Dim Sum, Penang Char Koay Kak (fried radish cake), Noodles, Kebab, Roasted Lamb, Vegetables Ratatouille, Creme Brulee, Strawberry Tarts and many more! The Ramadhan Buka Puasa International Buffet is priced at RM135 NETT per adult, and RM67.50 for children - 6PM - 10.30PM daily.
