From innovative, oversize satay, "Kawah Style" Nasi Dagang, Malay Kuih, air sirap (cordial drinks), sushi, to seafood, lok lok (boiled seafood), assorted sambal (chili paste), Roasted Lamb & Chicken, together with Le Meridien's efforts to introduce Sabahan's food - the ambuyat (the heart of sagu), bambangan and hinaya, are made available at the "Bazaar Ramadhan" together with more than 300 dishes!
