According to Executive Chef Kyle and the restaurant's owner Douglas Chee, Cabo is the name of a city in Mexico, at the Drop of California, AND it became the name of the latest Mexican restaurant in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

California-born Kyle has a lot of influences from Mexican/Spanish culture, therefore in his career path as a chef. His passion over Mexican food guided me to some eye-opening dishes such as Tacos with diced Jalapenos and Habaneros - the latter was ranked No.3 as the hottest chili in the world! I also tried Fajitas which was served on Sizzling Plate. According to Kyle this is the way the Mexican having this tortila wraps. The best part was the melting cheese and lots of vege in the Fajitas - sound very much like healthy food to me!
There are so many good food for me to discover here~ but I should read more about Mexican/ Spanish food before my next visit there! I do not want to miss out any good things!
