Award-winning patisserie (a French pastries bakery) from Sydney, Australia recently opened up their first branch in Taman Bukit Desa, KL together with their Malaysian partners. The people behind Encore Patisserie Malaysia are a group of four youngsters! Co-owner, Peter explained to us how does Encore ended up in Malaysia and why they started in this area. According to him, he came across with an opportunity of running a cafe when he was travelling around the Country of Oz and New Zealand, years ago. Then along the way he met his friend-then-business partner and launched the Aussie-born patisserie in Malaysia on the very recent Valentine's Day!

Encore Patisserie made great custard cream, which is being used in some of the pastries such as Mille Feuille. It is creamy, smooth but not soft, and with moderate sweetness. Finish 'em all while its still cold because the cream stays at the right texture at low temperature. Come and fulfill your craving on sweets and French delicacies at Encore!
