[RESTAURANT'S STRESS TEST REPORT]
It was the second day since the opening of the first Nando's outlet in East Malaysia, BigFish & I became the victim of their incompetent kitchen staff / chef. We waited for more than 1 hour before our food came, that's not included our waiting time in the queue. For me, it is alright to wait in a long queue even for 1 hour for some great food, but it was totally unacceptable when we found out that other people who came in later than us, were already eating. My friend who reached later with her family, managed to get their food within half an hour!
Luckily our bad experience here were compensated by the equally frustrated but professional waitstaff. I remember how helpless they were when one of them found out our orders were still pending in the kitchen.
Thanks to the signature PERI-PERI SAUCE, the food at this newly opened branch was WITHIN EXPECTATION.
Saturday 26 Oct 1pm: Very very long queue built up in front of the restaurant.
Does it looks like the chillies?
This is the reason we came for! Unlimited Peri-peri experience
Fresh Orange Juice and Bottomless Coke
Nando's Privilege Card - RM10 each
FREE Luggage Tag with every Privilege Card
Complimentary Soup of the Day: Due to our long waiting time
Finally... The Grilled Chicken
I am not going to give my rating on this "stress test" because the waiting time is totally unacceptable. However I would like to give credits to the waitstaff, they are very professional bunch of people. I hope you guys will improve during the next visit.
