Every famous fish head noodle got their own uniqueness and recipe, Ah Ing & David's never similar to the also popular Fatt Kee (Restaurant Jin Jin) at Hilltop. Ah Ing & David's fish soup is pickled bak-choy (Ham Choy) -based while Fatt Kee uses tomatoes to make their soup. The taste and aroma is totally different.

Don't forget to ask for evaporated milk. Also don't miss the

which absorb the soup and make it very tasty.

Without this the satisfaction level drops 30-40%, it could be the main
reason why I love Ah Ing & David's Fish Head Noodle.
Oh ya... if you notice that I didn't order any fish head here. Not everyone like it nor knowing how to enjoy the soft bone and skin / skull. I normally order only the deep fried fish meat or fish stomach (perut ikan). Remember to ask for the milk, it do make a different. Personally I don't prefer their Kon-Lo Mee, so just skip it.
